- 1 lb. chicken breast uncooked, boneless, skinless
- 3 cops mushrooms sliced
- 1 1⁄4 cups beef broth lower-sodium
- 1/2 cup table wine dry marsala
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 1⁄2 Tbsp cornstarch

In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat the oil on medium-high.
